  • Final cut audio fade handle options suddenly not working

    Hello,

I’m familiar with the ctl-click option for audio keyframes to get s-curves in and out etc. Suddenly in my current project ctl-click on the keyframe isn’t throwing up that menu. Because of time pressure I have simply had to put in a bunch of hand-made keyframes to get something like the fadeI want. What could it be about my project / settings that has caused this? Thanks.

Those aren’t keyframes, but rather they are nodes on the beginning and end of every clip that has audio. You can’t control the bend of every keyframe like you can the audio handles.

Oh! Thanks – that’s how I have done it in the past. My brain got scrambled. I was thinking of video key frames I guess. That said, it would be nice to have some control of those nodes that I put in with click-option (not the handles at the beginning/end) which always appear to use a log shaped curve.
