    Hello,

I am currently running workflow tests for an upcoming short film RED shoot over this summer, and I`m running into a problem when it comes to syncing together the footage and dual system sound.

For my tests, I`ve been using Final Cut 7 with Pluraleyes, to sync the Quicktime proxies of my R3D`s and dual system .WAV`s together.

I want to make self contained QT`s with the “good audio” baked in to give to the editor, but when I batch export the merged clips out to Quicktime, the timecode/reel number that RedCineX Pro assigned to the QT proxies is lost.

I`d want to keep this information for a final conform through EDL export, which requires timecode/reel.

If anyone had any experience with this sort of thing that I could draw from, I`d really appreciate it.

    Thanks

    – Alex
