Filters grayed out
I suddenenly have lost filters and effects on photoshop CS.
Only Blur is working the rest of the list is grayed out, I tried to uninstall and reinstall with the same results -

Thanks for your quick response. Mode was set to 16bit. changed to 8bit and back in action
