Filming football matches
I use a Sony EX1 and have filmed 1080p 25fps when shooting football matches. I am thinking of using 720p 50fps as the slowmos using Cinema tools will look better. Would you guys agree with this? Also should I be using 1/50th shutter speed or perhaps 1/100th or 1/250th?

Sports should always be filmed with higher frame rates. Captures the action better. IMHO.

I agree with Shane. Don’t be afraid to shutter up if you have the light – it’ll help to freeze the action for more fluid slow motion.
