Does anyone know of a Film Sprocket generator plug-in for motion or a render plug-in for AE?

What are you trying to do? Create some lines of sprocket holes at the frame edges?

Correct. I’d like to create a matte which frames the video with film strip look. I’ve got lots of flexiblity but the basic concept is a movie them for a large fundraising event.
