Film Grain ???
I have a film that I was taken With a Go Pro Camera. Im not sure witch model or even what setting it was on. I do not do much filming just editing and effects! I was wondering why it came out so grainy. Their is not alot of light in the video. I was wondering how to make this video look better and no so grainy! I have seen a plugin for grainy video’s called neatvid, or somthing like, Im not trying to pay for the plugin, I figured sony vegas would have somthing to fix this! Please let me know your thoughts Here is a small clip of the video quality Im working with! Sony vegas pro 10

As you mentioned Neat Video, that would be the excellent
choice for you to use, as it is the best in the business
for removing noise/grain.
Sorry, Vegas itself does not have a filter to give you great
video noise reduction. That is where plugins play a vital role

Dang man, I was really hoping their was another way around this! I know that plugins are very important for editing software! But I am not trying to buy that plugin! I do appreciate your quick response. If anyone knows another way besides that neatvid plugin, I am all ears! Thanks again!

Well then sorry Anthony, their are other Video noise
reduction plugins available for Vegas, but none of them are free.Steve Rhoden
