    Film Editing Theory and Practice Classes – USA and England

    Hi!

    I’m from Brazil, working as a colorist and editor for about 4 years now. I’ve been thinking about taking a break from my country and go to USA or England or maybe somewhere else (English the only foreign language I speak fluently, though).

    I wanted to study editing, but not primarily focused on software, mostly on theory and what tools and methods I can use to apply this theory into practice.

    The thing is: most of the stuff I find on google is about learning FCP, AVID or whatever… and although I could still improve my skills with those, it’s not my main concern right now.

    So, any recommendations? I’ve asked mostly about editing, but Courses focused on Color Grading are also welcome, since it’s actually my main passion.
