  • fillet caps on all edges of letters created with splines?

Anyone know how to apply fillet caps to all edges of letters? I suppose fillet caps work well on letters created with the text tool but I was obliged to create mine as splines and when I apply fillet caps (convex, steps 10, radius 3 cm, start & end) to the letters, the rounding effect works on most of the edges but misses a few. Result looks pretty bad, as some edges are rounded and others not. Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

try checking Constrain in the fillet settings, that limits the fillets to the size of the original spline rather than expanding outward like the default. That can’t fix everything though, if the angles are too tight nothing other than reducing the radius will work, the fillet just starts to intersect itself. That’s probably what you are seeing.
