    Ok,
I’m sure this is a post for the basic section, but I figure I would throw it out there. I’m pretty sure there is a way to to do this but can’t seem to find/remember it… How do I import assets into the time line vertically. the default is to lay them out in order from left to right. I thought there was a key to hold that will make them align vertically.. No???

I think if you made them layers in photoshop, they would import to Final Cut Pro in layers.

I actually figured it out. After you select all the files you want in the media bin, you have to drag it to the Canvas and drop it on the purple “Superimpose” option. That will lay the files out on top of each other. If anyone knows a hot-key, I’m sure it would be helpful for the future.
