I’m wanting to download the latest build of Vegas Pro 11, the 64-bit version, build 521.

I noticed that the file for downloading reads vegaspro11.0.520_32bit.exe, even when I select the English version of Vegas Pro 11, Build 521.

Is something wrong with the files that Sony has for download? The latest build is 521, not 520, and I want to download the 64-bit version.

Ever since Sony dropped the letter suffixes from their builds (10a.. 10b.. etc.) they have released 32 bit and 64 bit builds as separate numbers one number apart.

520 and 521 are the same build. 520 is for 32 bit and 521 is for 64 bit. I am guessing since they have been consistent for a while with this it will continue in the future.

In both Chrome and Internet Explorer I get the correct file. What browser are you using?

I’m using FireFox 10.0 and just checked out the download. It shows up as the correct 521 64 bit on mine also. You might try clearing your cache and cookies…just a thought. And, update to ver. 10.0 of FireFox.

    I’m running FF 10.0

    I discovered the problem.

I have the plugin called NoScript running within Firefox. I had some problems a while back with viruses and someone suggested that I get NoScript.

I had to select Temporarily allow all this page within NoScript while on the Sony page, and then it worked just fine.

    Thanks for all responses.
