As an addendum to my answer to Michael, I didn’t realise you meant mobile me, I actually signed up for a trial account earlier today and to upload 13.27 gig to my public folder it said it was going to take a whopping 71 hours, and then it crashed on me, don’t know if that was because it was a P2 contents folder or because of my connection, but I definitely didn’t find it an ideal solution.

Your upload speed is low I’ll wager, or you just need to try it again…?
My upload speed here is over 3gbit… most consumer connections are around 512mbits…
I can upload 500 gigs in about 1 hour plus a bit.

Because if you don’t need to use it more than $100/year… you don’t need to spend more I’d suppose.
I can upload files, and let the box spend the time. It’s that mobile me thing I like – iDisk is just a bonus. I do notice a lot faster uploads at night…

Well I must be really unlucky, because it just keeps crashing, I left it on all night I woke up and it says some of my data is corrupted even though that particular piece of data can be read by FCP. I’m cancelling my account and going back to trusty old yousendit.
