File Names on Export

It only needs to create the temporary file name with files that have long names, so in effect, it is the file name that is at fault.

If the file name is short, it doesn’t create the temp name.

Most of the time, the file name is changed, but it does not change every time.

It is an intermittent bug, and predates Lion by a long shot.
