    Hi there,

I’m working on a project in CS6 which for some reason is now prompting seemingly endless “where is the file ___?” messages when I open it.

In addition to this, the first few video files (.R3D) link without problem but after this I get the message “File Import Failure – Unsupported format or damaged file” for every instance where I try to link the clips. I have checked the files and they appear to be playing outside of Premiere without problems.

Any idea what could be causing this?

FYI I temporarily have no internet access so am getting a “subscription expired – __ days remaining” message – could this have something to do with it?

    Many thanks!

    Yes…that’s it.

What’s really wonderful about the license is that it reverts to trial mode, so you launch thinking you’re OK, but then the software seems like it’s broken instead of just telling you the license needs to check in on the internet.

I had it happen myself…30 days offline between a family vacation and some construction work in my office building and now I pack up the Z800 to trundle it home to get it online so I can function until the internet is back up at the office.
