Let me apologize foe what seems like a lack of post searching. I have searched the posts for an answer to my specific problem, but haven’t found one. my error is coming when i try to render an mp3 file that i created in soundtrack pro. the file was originally just audio from tape that i converted in SP. What did I do wrong?

Is that the only file you cant render? Could be a permissions problem. Check the permissions on the file. I’ve had that error message a lot recently due to permissions on files copied from other drives, and other systems. Also make sure the file plays okay elsewhere – it could be corrupt. You may not have done anything wrong…
