• Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy

  Fielding issues

  This my seem like a crazy question. However this problem is doggie
  me.

  At the moment I have no digitizing capability on my mac book pro,
  using Final Cut Pro 5.1.4. At the moment I am digitizing in an
  Avid Media Composer 2.6.4, and creating QT file in a DV Codec.
  720 x 480. I can work with the files in Final Cut. The viewer displays
  the file correctly. However the timeline canvas shows fielding errors.

  It seem as every second field is mis-aligned in wide bands. It is
  most noticeable, on the avid on import. Can enyone explain what I
  might be missing. I’m a newbie to FC.
