  field separated after Flash export ?

  hello everybody, i have a PAL DVD project, all the materials are output from CG, so they are Frame Base(progressive), but after i exported to Flash, all the video content became jaggy, looks like they have only one of the field information(field separated), why? and how can i make a progressive Flash export? THANKS
