    I am working on an HDV (720p30) editing of which output will be in a DVD format (4:3 Letterbox). I exported it as a Quicktime with NTSC MPEG-4 Compression. The Quicktime by itself looks fine when I play it on TV screen. However, I burned it into DVD and played the DVD on the same TV screen, then I can see jagged lines everywhere in the video. What is the problem here?
