Scratch disk is set correctly.
We just spoke to intel again and they said basically the same thing.
2 gb max. and use 2 – 1gb modules. Currently we are running 1 2gb module!

October 20, 2006 at 11:36 pmYes, that could be your problem. ALso, i have assumed you have run the firmware update for your MacPro, or is this silly for me to assume?
Your ‘systems integrator company’ needs to bone up on the idiosyncrasies of the MacPro.

I will check on the firmware update and when I install the new ram…will let everyone know the results
