FCS3: FCP to Motion problems
When I capture my clips in FCP, I then us the “Send To” feature to send to Motion. Motion opens, this red and white checkered boards opens and motion then looks for the file with an extension that is not placed on the file. Example. If I name a file “Run”, motion looks for “Run 1-1. When I finally locate the file, which is not where it should be, the file is greyed out, Motion will not open it, when I do get out of Motion to open the file, the file is empty. Therefore, I cannot get anything from FCP to Motion and I cannot figure out why the extension is being applied or why there is no content in the file. In FCS 2 I never had these problems. Any info?
