    Hi everyone,

A quick and hopefully easy post for everyone. We’re hoping to upgrade one of our machines at the office to Snow Leopard (only one for the time being) and we’re looking into compatibility issues that seemed to have plagued the OS when it was first released. It seems that most of the issues (XD Cam, ESATA, etc.) seemed to be fully worked out by now and so that’s a good thing. The only thing my boss wasn’t sure about was running FCS 2 on Snow Leopard.

I did some digging online and it appears that there were some issues out of the gate, but that most of those appear to have been fixed over the last year through OS/Pro-Apps updates.

Anyways, I wanted to just get some first hand accounts from the pros here to see what you guys think. Obviously FCS 3 is the more ideal option for Snow Leopard but at the moment it’s just not quite the affordable option. Should we be okay with FCS 2 and Snow Leopard providing we do a clean install?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

The improvements in Color and Motion make the upgrade to FC3 a bit of a no brainer.
