OK so I like FCPX but sometimes the client demands Premiere. In FCPX the timeline adjust itself so If I need an extra 2 seconds I just pull it and it will push the other clips. In Premiere well it doesn’t budge…Whats up with that?

Also lets say I end up with a black space in the middle of a complex edit with 3 lines of audio, titles etc. I try to drag and select everything I need to move. So I’m selecting alot of clips. So in premiere you gotta click on the tiny little text if you want to move the selection but don’t hit the side or the opacity. Thats not easy but anyways when I go to move this huge selection the clips don’t snap anymore. I pressed “s” it’s not that. It’s only when I have a lot to move it doesn’t snap.

I cannot figure out a way to move the selection because without it snapping it can’t be prescise.

    Thanks guys
