FCPX-Only Plug-in – CineFlare
I came across these awesome plug-ins from Cine Flare but they are advertised as being for FCP X.

I am running FCP 7 and am wondering if anyone knows if these plug-ins would work in 7 or if there are other similar plug-ins available that would work?

Those plugins DON’T work in FC6/7. The architecture is completely different.
There are tons of plugins for FC7 and many of them free.
Have a look to CoreMelt or Noise Industries.
