(fcpx) how do i change the size of the exported video?
The “share” options are really lacking, it only seems to let me choose which codec i want it encoded in and whether or not to open it in qt when its done… Is there a simple way to export at say a qtr rez?

You use Compressor. Your options are limitless. Share function is just a quick easy way to export with little control.
