FCPX creates projects on Macintosh HD

April 3, 2013 at 3:34 amHello There,
I have followed Andy Neal’s great tutorial for setting up a disk (other than the Macintosh HD) for FCPX events – this seems to work fine – also, It worked perfectly on FCPX versions older than 10.0.0.7.
Now when I create an event, it puts it on my RAID disk fine, but
when I create a project for the new event – it puts the project on the
Macintosh HD!! This has happened to me three times so far!Prior to version 10.0.0.7 FCPX always put the project on the correct disk, in this case the RAID disk. Am I missing something here?
I end up having to move the project to the correct disk, and delete the project from the Macintosh HD.
Any tips on the problem here (or is it me!)
Thanks to Andy for his great podcasts, etc.
