  FCPX audio playback is fine, but exports with horrible distortion and fizzing!

  Hi Guys,

  I am having a bit of a problem finding a solution to why my FCPX project is playing back fine, but when i export it, the sound on one of these clips exports with horrible distortion.

  The single clip is an AVI file. I have tried converting it and exporting it again with the same result.

  It also says on clip info within FCPX that the audio sample rate is 11024hz which is not normal. The rest of the footage has imported and exported fine and the sample rate for those clips is 44.1khz.

  It is driving me insane and i cant resolve it. Can any of you whizz kids help me out?
