Not been my experience.

It’s outside of this forum that’s a problem. I think most everyone that visits here can handle whatever crap is slung at them, as it is usually slung back. It’s the other, less confrontational forums that Andy’s “experience” is a bit abrasive.
We can do without the patronizing, Andy.
There are plenty of experienced people here. There are plenty of different workflows represented here.
They might not all fit fcpx.

I have that deck and loved it….notice I say “loved.”
Hard to say love today.
Only real issue? It would not play SLP or EP recorded tapes…normal speed only.
It was all about the quality!
