FCPX 10.1 and BM 4k Extreme
I’m noticing considerable lag in 10.1.1 using BM 4k extreme card. When I turn AV output off the timeline is considerable more responsive. Is anyone else having this problem? I’ve noticed the drivers from BM haven’t been updated in some time. Bug?

what drives are you using?
I dont believe the BMD 4K cards acts like a propitiatory display card e.g. RED ROCKET card.
I could be wrong but we have the DeckLink Extreme HD and would stutter if we used a slow drive using HD files. -
I have the BM Mini Monitor and am having major playback problems on the new Mac Pro with a Pegasus T2 Raid. This may not help you but I thought I’d chime in.
