I was going to suggest the Unified Rules of MMA, with an additional request that, if you have to bust up some furniture, leave a few dollars with Noah so he doesn’t get stuck with the bill.
I mean, hey, if furniture needs busting up, then bust it up, but not paying is just plain rude.
