FCP7 Canvas defaults to ALPHA channel???
Some how the Canvas has started defaulting to ALPHA channel (instead of RGB). How do I set it back to RGB? It is getting annoying, and I would rather not keep an eye on this.

It’s right there in the canvas pulldown menus. There are hot keys. You’re probably inadvertently hitting one.

Same thing just happened to me, SO ANNOYING! I’m pretty sure I fumbled a shortcut but I have no clue what keys I hit to switch it back. The canvas window now defaults to the white alpha for every sequence until you switch it back to RGB. Easy enough to switch, but if I have to do it every time I open a sequence it’ll drive me mad!
I’ll probably get nothing else done on this project until I rat out the varmint shortcut and get it back in order.
