FCP5 crash when logging clips with canon xh-a1
I have been reading day and night night and day trying to figure out the perfect setting to make my log and capture window work with out crashing the entire program… i have tried what i could think of as EVERYTHING and still no luck.
just the same old “FINAL CUT PRO QUIT UNEXPECTEDLY” this is driving me insane.. someone please help.. i am using a brand new mac pro with plenty of space and FCP5 (i can log into imovie but thats a pain) how can i resolve this problem… do i need to buy and external drive for this? what will work?

You need to upgrade to FCP6, Studio 2.
