    Hi Folks,

Would love to solve this problem, once and for all. 🙂

I keep getting a black line once I upload a video to youtube.

I do have a mixture of 2D & 3D animation, as well as video footage. But the problem also occurs when the video footage on the time line is uploaded on its own. All frame rates and sizes are equal to each other & have tried using Adobe Media Encoder.

I’ve also started a new project etc & the settings appear correct upon export.

This is a new one for me & can’t figure it out with my knowledge.

    Any thoughts on this appreciated.

What are the dimensions of your project?

What are the dimensions of your render?

YouTube is expecting video with an aspect of 16:9. Is that what you are sending it?

    Sorry for late reply 🙂

    1440 * 1080 are the dimensions.

I’ve noticed since that it is only in safari and doesn’t appear in chrome. Is it possible that it’s a browser issue?

Yes, It could just be a browser issue. Try Firefox as well. I always check with all three to be sure.
