  • FCP X won’t output video thru DeckLink HD Extreme 3D card to monitor

I am trying to use an FSI 2461W calibrated monitor with FCP X.
I have a DeckLink HD Extreme 3D card in a Cubix Desktop 4.
When in DaVInci Resolve 9 I have no problem, I can see the video on the FSI monitor. However, when in FCP X I get no video at the monitor.

There are only 2 places I am aware of to check the setup:
    (1) Apple/Preferences/Blackmagic says “HD 1080p 23.98”
    (2) FCP X/Preferences/Playback says “Blackmagic 1920×1080 @ 23.98”

I believe these are the correct settings.
The videos are 1920×1080, 23.98P, Pro Res 422.

Since everything works fine with DaVinci Resolve, I assume something is wrong in the FCP X setup.
What do I need to do?

    Info:
    2010 Mac Pro, OS 10.8.1, FCP X 10.0.5, DeckLink settings: 7.5 IRE, 3 Gb/s single link SDI, 1080p not 1080 PsF.
