Retiming has been redesigned in 10.1…for the better imho.

double click on the transition point between two speeds and you will be able to get the source frame selector by clicking on “edit”.

I was looking for that too! Thanks! Talk about hidden. Why would they hide that? That was one of the cooler things about their whole keyframeless speed change setup.
