    FCP X: “FCPXML Document error: XML must be exported from a project, not an event

    I’ve been getting this error in the current versions of FCP X (10.0.3) and PluralEyes (2.1.10 (6563).

    So somehow I seem to be exporting event XML, even though I’ve gone into the Project Library and selected the project before choosing “Export XML…” from the File menu.

    I’m following the tutorials I’ve found, but somehow it’s exporting the wrong XML. Any tips?

    Haven’t heard of this happening before, but it could just be a bug. If you send us the project and log files as described here we’ll investigate. Please include a link to this forum message so we know what it’s about.

    Thanks! I can’t seem to get to the Singular Software website (keep getting “Plesk” error message), but I’ll check again later.
