FCP won’t Log& Transfer some of the clips from P2 card
Hello,
I’ve been using Log&Transfer in FCP for
two feature length documentaries, with few problems.Today as I import footage from a backup of a P2 card in L&T, using the folder that contains the Contents and Last Clip.txt file,
I notice that it only recognizes and shows thumbnails for half of the clips.
The nomenclature for the ones it does bring in run consecutively, (0001I1, 0002EJ….0012Z9) and so do the other clips that I see when I open the folders in the Contents folder manually, about 5 of them, but they don’t appear.I tried opening the reel in P2CMS (Panasonic for Macintosh, and the clips don’t appear there either.
I’m on at Mac 10.6.8, using FCP 7.0.3.Thanks to anyone who has suggestions.

Try importing them using after effects or premiere pro, thats what I do anytime fcp wont let me log or says its a corrupt file.
