Just checked out your website and it says Uncompressed for FCP is coming in the second quarter of 2005. Is it there yet?
Also, I just checked Apple’s Qualified Hardware list for FCP 4.5 and your product is not on there. Has it been submitted for testing with Final Cut Pro? I never recommend any hardware unless it’s been approved by Apple, especially if you want to work with uncompressed video. Not to say your product won’t work, but a device like the AJA Io is a proven workhorse that has a good history with FCP and Apple approval to work with FCP.

May 12, 2005 at 2:32 pmHi Walter,
Uncompressed with FCP is nearly done. We demoed it at NAB. Video and audio capture and playback is complete, we’re just working on tape deck control now.We will submit the SD-Connect to Apple once the uncompressed drivers are complete.
