  FCP to Avid Adrenaline

  I have a project that I have cut on my FCP at home and would like to bring the mastered spot in on an Avid Adrenaline (working on a PC). Part of the footage I shot on a Sony XDCam (Blu-Ray). The video when I export it to a QuickTime imports into the avid with digital breakup on all the camera moves… but does break up on my animations I made out of After Effects (which has faster paced moves then the camera moves I shot). Any ideas on a soild way to go between the 2 systems? Thanks
