FCP to AE. No other option than Automatic Duck?
Are there other options out there, that will import a FCP sequence into AE?

There are several free methods that use an XML file exported from FCP. None of the free methodss are as robust as A Duck nor do they support all FCP features like multiclip.
However if your sequence is a simple edit with the can do the job.
