FCP to AE CS5 and AE CS5 to FCP
Hi I’ve been using FCP for a few years now and I’ve newly acquired AE CS5. I’ve been using Apple MOtion for all my motion graphic needs but I’ve made the switch to AE now. My problem is how to I export to FCP and also how to I import from FCP?
Can some one repost a thread on this subject or maybe give me some advice? Much appreciated!

You can export your time-line from FC to AE with Automatic Duck (https://www.automaticduck.com).
This software used to cost some 600$$ just few months ago, but now is FREE.
From AE there is nothing to export but movies or Still sequence.
Going from AE to FC you should export a movie matching the setting of your FC sequence, so no rendering will be needed.
