Hello everybody! I’m new to the board and I just want to thank you for your help!

I’ve created a visual timecode on my QT mov. file through final cut pro but the DVD I sent for Closed Captioning came back saying it needs to be burned timecode into the 2nd track. WHOA??? Does anyone know what this means and how to perform this modern day miracle?

Thank you in advance for your assistance!

This is the exact E-mail received.

“I’ve received the programs you require timecoded captioning for but when I checked, there is a visual timecode but not one that is burnt in. In order to proceed, we will need another copy of these programs with the timecode burnt into channel 2 of the DVD.”
