Yes I use QT conversion for exporting tga sequence.

I’d use something else such as After Effects or perhaps Motion if you don’t have AE. QT conversion is no good.

we don’t use AE.
But my problem is next: clip in timeline is lets say 2sec and 7f,
so it’s 57 frames, but when same clip is exported in targa frames(sequence) i have 58 frames.
so it’s no mater wich copositing softeare i use, because i have 1f extra. 😀

Well, that depends. Are you counting that last frame, or counting the first frame 0 as frame 1? If you are, the end of your timeline will stretch to the beginning of frame 58 (but if you look closely it will fall on frame 57). If you go to the end of your timeline wihtout backing up a frame, the next frame of black will be on frame 58.

Count is 01(as 1st frame) thing is wen i import tga seq. back tu FC there’s 1f extra and its not black its a picture.
i thing there’s a big bug in FC, or something.

So when you bering in your TGA sequence, you start it on frame 1 and not frame 0?

So, I just put a 57 frame slug on a PAL timeline and put a tc generator on the clip. The tc goes from 00:00:00:00 (which is frame 1) to 00:00:02:06. That’s 57 frames.

I export a TGA sequence and reimport with each from coming in as one frame long. There’s 57 frames marked 1-57.

I then bring that in to the timline, mark an in at the first frame, hit end and back up one frame and hit out, and the time is 57 frames.

hmm, bloody hell, i dont know what’s fucked up in my settings.
i just can’t find, maybe handles is issue, what i doubt.
