  FCP Suite 2 on a MacPro also running Media 100 Suite 2

  I recently upgraded to a MacPro 2.8hz and the New Media100 suite 2. I also installed on the same system FCP suite 2. My AJA LHi card is not working properly now. I am not getting any audio output from the analog audio outs from the AJA box. I do however, get audio out from the HDMI output to a monitor.

  Have I installed conflicting software when I installed FCP2?

  I did a firmware update on the AJA card and audio started working after the reboot. Next day, boot up again… no analog audio from AJA box.
