  Fcp setting for still photos HD project > blu ray disk > 42 lcd TV

  Hi Everybody, and thanks for your attention.

  I’m planning an editing of still photos only. The photos will be moved and zoomed inside the screen, to simulate a video shoot. The final movie will be displayed on a 42 or 55 inches lcd TV, in Europe.

  What’s the best fcp setting (image aspect ratio, pixels aspect ratio and compression) to be chosen considering that in future I will output to an Blu Ray DVD?

  Actually, this would be my choice:

  Sequence preset: Apple Pro Res 422 1920×1280 25p 48khz
  Frame size: 1980×1020 Aspect Ratio: HDTV 1080i (16:9)
  Pixel Aspect Ratio: square
  Compressor: Apple Pro Res 422
