  FCP print to tape via HRVM10p dropping image

  I have just finished a 1hr hdv program and I want to print back to tape. I have made a self contained hdv file and saved it onto a apple raid and mixed down the tracks to 1 vid and 2 audio. My problem is I get 1.30min into mastering (via firwire) and the image and timecode starts to lock up. The image reappears occasionally.
  Things I’ve tried: reducing rt to safe rt, lowering playback quality, tried a different hrvm10p deck.
