Hi guys – any insight much appreciated:

I’m getting this horizontal “twitching” on my HD uploads to Vimeo/YT. It seems to only occur during active subject movement, i.e. it’s not happening on tranquil footage or graphics. The .mov looks great on my Mac and then like this online:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GJe1HJDR0_s&context=C205a9ADOEgsToPDskJpiB-ZWHvgzJboAmz623eI

    Compression Settings:

    H.264
Frame rate: 24 (i.e. what the footage was at)
    Key frame Rate: 24
    Frame re-ordering: yes
    Multi-pass
    1280 x 720

Like I say, looks great on the .mov export but glitchy and broken on the upload?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!

    Cheers – R.

I dont’ see anything that doesn’t look intentional… do you have a specific shot there for us to look at? or a timecode number on it within the video you’ve posted?

Hey! Well, so it seems that it’s just playing poorly in Firefox and not Safari. Strange.

Any ideas why that might be? I only ever use Firefox as I imagine a lot of people do to.

    Cheers,

    Rury.
