FCP Logs
Can someone please assist me with reading FCP logs. We want to check what our editors are doing on a day to day basis. Are there log files we can look at that will tell us how long they were capturing, rendering etc? Our editors are not networked so we can’t go with the FCP Server route. Even if there is software we can use to capture the FCP process logging will be helpful.

We have a custom jobs tracking database we had created for Filemaker Pro and as part of this we have a Labor tracking tab. It does this very thing. You can easily create a very basic job tracking type of thing in Filemaker to use. Our version does a lot more obviously, but if that’s all you need you can create that pretty easy.
