Actually, they’re not. I tried the answers suggested above and wasn’t able to fix the problem, hence my post.

This is crazy but… It’s happened to me again… THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM … so strange… at 10am it was working fine, like it had for the last 3 years, and at 11 … BAM!
