FCP has suddenly stopped capturing from my Sony Z1
im using FCP 6.03 and Quicktime 7.4.5 (25).
For some reason FCP has stopped capturing from my Sony Z1
I can control the Z1 from the capture window but the preview does not come on and therefore i cant capture? Any ideas?I have tried switching firewire cables
Changing my scratch disk
Deleting my fcp preferences?BUT I can capture in imovie hd and it worked fine? Pain in the nex=ck as i have to render to QT and import to FCP to edit!

Do you get audio from the capture window? If so, is the Video box checked in the Clip Settings tab? Is this an HDV project? Is your project set for HDV or SD? Just thoughts that run through my head.

yup all is well dont really want to reinstall FCP but may have to!
