FCP external video freeze video playback in viewer/canvas
I’ve just updated to the latest version 6.7.1, with a hope that downconversion from HD to SD during capturing would finally work, but with no difference from the driver that came with the disc when I got my Decklink HD Extreme just before easter.
The problem is when I activate external monitoring by pressing cmd+F12 – the video plays fine on the monitor, but in viewer/canvas in FCP, it’s a complete stop. It’s REALLY annoying. Can I revert to earlier drivers again, and if so – how ?

I went back to version 6.6.5 of the Decklink drivers. Monitoring works fine now, haven’t tried capturing of 1080 or 720 and monitoring of it to the SD broadcast video monitor via component yet.
