FCP Does not Remember when Relinking….
Whenever I move footage folders, then launch FCP, naturally FCP gives me the “reconnect your media” dialog box… Which I expect… BUT… AFTER I re-link everyting and see it all back in my timeline, then save the project,,, whenever I go back and open the file the next time, it asks me to re-link AGAIN… eVery time!!
It’s really quite frustrating.. is there a solution?

not sure I understand your question… I am just saving to my internal HD

Trash your preferences first, then launch FCP and reconnect, and maybe try a “Save Project As…” and give it a new name. See what that does for you.
